Q: Why does my dog have to have bordetella every 6 months?
A: Any dog participating in daycare, boarding, grooming, dog parks, etc. should have bordetella every 6 months. Kennel cough is an air-bourne illness. There have been veterinary test studies done on the how long bordetella lasts in a dogs system. These studies have resulted in these statisics: intranasal-goes in system fast, generally lasts 6 months, injection-goes in system slower, generally last 8-9 months.

Q: How does drop off daycare work?
A: Dogs are in daycare co-mingling with eachother from 7am-12pm.
From 12-2pm our dogs take a naptime(dogs who need a break from the group go into a kennel) everybody else is in the daycare room together resting. Daycare then continues from 2-5:30.
